Embassy of Switzerland in China
As the official representation of Switzerland, the Embassy covers all matters concerning diplomatic relations between the two countries. It represents Swiss interests in the areas of political, economic, financial and legal affairs, as well as science, education and culture.
Responsibilities
The Swiss embassy represents Switzerland's interests in the country and provides consular services and visa support for people resident in all provinces of the People’s Republic of China - except: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui (Swiss Consulate General in Shanghai) and Guangdong, Fujian, Hainan, Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangxi (Swiss Consulate General in Guangzhou) - and the countries of Mongolia and North Korea.
